Guide Right & Kappa League: Building Leaders, Shaping Futures
Kappa League is a nationally recognized youth leadership and mentoring program of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., offered locally through the Stamford (CT) Alumni Chapter. As part of the fraternity’s national Guide Right initiative, Kappa League is designed to support young men as they grow academically, socially, and personally.
Founded in 1969, Kappa League has a long-standing tradition of preparing young men to lead with confidence, integrity, and purpose. Through mentorship, leadership development, academic support, and community service, participants gain the tools they need to succeed in school, prepare for college and careers, and become engaged, responsible citizens.
What Parents Can Expect:
· Positive male mentorship and role models
· Leadership development and character building
· Academic encouragement and college readiness support
· Exposure to college campuses, professionals, and career pathways
· A safe, structured, and supportive environment focused on growth
Kappa League emphasizes the development of the whole child — mind, character, and leadership — while reinforcing values of service, accountability, and excellence.
